Terms of engagement
Last updated 12 August 2026. These terms apply to professional examinations offered by APIPipeline Grid Advisory from Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
Who we are
APIPipeline Grid Advisory is a professional practice at A 579 Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah Utara, Taman Tasek Baru, Ipoh, Perak, 31400, Malaysia. Contact: engagements@apipipelinegrid.digital and +60 30548-9530.
What we offer
We examine invoice processing software applications from a financial-control perspective: sampling, matching and approvals, tax coding as applied in the application, duplicate and split testing, pre-go-live readiness, and follow-up examinations. We do not sell software, licences, hosting, or implementation services. Nothing on this website is an offer to enter a contract until we issue a written engagement letter and you accept it.
Engagement letter
Work starts only after both sides sign or otherwise accept a letter that names the application, entities, period, access, deliverables, fees in Malaysian ringgit, and timetable. Website copy, including indicative durations, is not a commitment.
Your responsibilities
You provide truthful information, timely access to the live application and invoice population, and a named counterpart in finance. You obtain any internal approvals needed for us to see production data. Delays in access extend the timetable and may require a revised fee.
Independence
We will not accept an examination of an application where we are also engaged by the vendor or implementer of that application. If a conflict appears after work has started, we will stop and discuss fees for work already performed as set out in the refund notice.
Confidentiality and findings
Findings letters are written for the engaging organisation. You may share them with statutory auditors and professional advisers. We do not publish client names or invoice-level evidence. We do not warrant that sampling will find every error or irregularity.
Professional limitation
Our work is not a statutory audit under the Companies Act 2016, not a tax opinion, and not a certification of software. Liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not allow that limitation.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in MYR and invoiced as described in the engagement letter, often a booking deposit and a balance before the findings letter is released. This website does not collect payment. Bank details appear only on invoices.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows for agreed on-site days, and work already started are covered in the refund notice.
Website use
You may browse this site for information about the practice. Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for competing services. Malaysian law governs these terms. Courts of Perak have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
